Bistro Garden's Legendary Chocolate Souffle

The Bistro Garden at Coldwater is offering its famous soufflés (Chocolate or seasonal flavors) Available to go all year round.  Available fresh or frozen, they come 4oz aluminum ramekins that go right into the oven.  For serving, these aluminum ramekins fit unto most ceramic ramekins.

Cooking instructions:  Cook in a conventional oven at 375 degrees for 17 minutes or until browned on top. Cooking times may vary depending upon the individual oven so the soufflés should be watched while cooking.

The Bistro Garden is the third restaurant in the Bistro and Bistro Garden history…the first two being among the most famous restaurants in the history of Beverly Hills from the 1960’s until the late 1980’s.

In 1990, Carolyn Niklas Pappas and her husband Gregory opened The Bistro Garden in Studio City. Described by Zagat as a “classic with a beautiful garden like setting", the Bistro Garden is modeled after a European Wintergarden with 30 foot ceilings, glass latticework and expansive skylights.
